Almost exactly a year ago, I was contacted by Salina Arts & Humanities and they asked me to help them help their creative community. After spending time meeting with local artists of all disciplines and skill levels, facilitating round-table discussions with artists and stake-holders to identify what resources and talent were within the community, and many discussions with the Salina Arts and Humaniites staff, I proposed several paths forward.
